Module 1—Getting Started on the Path for Success (Planning Mastery)
In this session, we’ll focus on what you need to get started right – planning mastery! You will learn how to (a) create a vision for your life and business that propels you forward and (b) develop goals and objectives to set you on the path to success.
Work ON Business Activities: Using tools and templates provided, complete assessment of where you are today; define in writing your vision and core values, develop short and long-term goals and objectives with key strategies (what you must do) to achieve them. Module 2 — Preparing to Attract Ideal Customers / Clients (Marketing Mastery)
This session will focus on marketing to achieve your business goals. You will learn how to (a) create niche target markets and match them with your products/services (b) develop a positioning to differentiate yourself and (c) create compelling messages that attract and pull in customers.
Work ON Business Activities: Using tools and templates, you will define your ideal targets, articulate the features, benefits and motivators for your core products/services; develop a positioning so you stop competing on price and create key messages (compelling reasons) to support your positioning for use in all your marketing and sales efforts. Module 3 — Putting Your Marketing to Work (Marketing Mastery 2)
This session will focus on leverage to acquire new business and retain and grow your existing customer base. You’ll learn how to (a) build and maintain a prospect and customer database; (b) develop, test and measure your marketing campaigns, (c) select the right lead generation strategies for your business and personal strengths and (d) define tasks or actions for successful implementation.
Work ON Business Activities: Using tools and templates, you will build or clean up your marketing database for simple, easy ways to generate additional sales; develop goals, tasks, support materials and timelines, for at least 3 marketing strategies, such as networking, social media, email marketing, strategic alliances for implementation. Plus, private phone coaching, critiques of work and email support for questions or ideas.
Module 4– Building Momentum and Sales Mastery
This session will focus on expanding your strategies, incorporating templates / systems and improving sales skills to keep your pipeline full and convert more leads to paying customers. You will learn the keys to sales success, how to create a multi-touch sales system with supporting tools and templates, set activity goals to achieve sales results and modify communications to address different customer styles.
Work ON Business Activities: Building on previous work, develop marketing goals and strategies to ‘stay connected’ with current customers; develop your sales process with supporting materials / templates, and create activity goals to support sales objectives. Draft/create information materials (example, proposals, testimonials) for use with strategic alliances and prospects. Module 5– Service That Keeps Customers Talking and Coming Back (Service Delivery Mastery)
This session will focus on delivering consistent service as a way to build customer loyalty and profits. You will learn how to set service delivery standards, document your processes so others can do them, integrate checklists and other tools into your systems and monitor results. In addition, you will learn how to create WOW moments and generate more referrals from customers.
Work ON Business Activities: Define service delivery standards based on ideal customer expectations, document process from point of sale to delivery with supporting checklists and templates, create 3-5 WOW opportunities for implementation over the next 3-6 months, and create a referral program and system. Module 6 – Speaking the Language of Business (Financial Mastery)
This session will help you understand the key financials and how to use them to spot trends and make sound business decisions. I’ll make it easy and simple for you to get your arms around the numbers. You will learn how to set up and read key financial statements – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements, plus how to (a) keep cash flowing and what to avoid, (b) create a budget and use it to achieve your income goals, (c) use KPI’s to monitor progress, and (d) set up a management reporting system to run your business.
Work ON Business Activities: Using current financials, identify opportunities, trends and cash gaps in your business. Using tools and templates, create a monthly budget to achieve your goals, define critical KPI’s and a method for tracking them. Plus, private phone coaching, critiques of work and email support for questions or ideas.
