Second, learn to love systems. They aren’t glitzy, but they are guaranteed to make your business more efficient, more productive and more consistent. And isn’t that a key to profitability? So if you want to make more money with a lot less effort, put the power of systems to work for your small business.

Third, take a Hybrid approach. Putting efforts into sales is important, but it’s not enough. Taking small steps to improve ALL areas of your business – from products and promotions to people and procedures – will put more money on your bottom line and in your wallet.
